If not selecting our company's cutting tool products with conventional specifications and indexes, you need to communicate with us at early stage and provide information about slitting product's material, thickness range, precision, application environment etc. Senda will propose suggestions to help customers choose the most suitable blade material and hardness.
If drawings cannot be provided, we need users to send us samples or cutting tool sketches.
If the drawings customers provided have their own problems, such as precision requirements not complying practical application requirements, or tolerance precision excessing the limit of our production capacity, we will make some modifications of the drawings and further discussion with customers. Till both sides have agreements, the production be carried out.
For products that should be produced according to drawings, the offer will be based on specific conditions. After both side reach the agreement and sign the contract, our company will begin the production.
For unconventional products, the average delivery period is between 30 and 40 days depending on the cutting tool type, amount and other actual conditions.

Package
Small cutting tools are first wrapped by bubble film to prevent damage form collision during transportation, and then packaged by carton.
Large cutting blades or those with larger amount are packaged by wooden case by default or be packaged as customers designated.
