Metal shear blade are mainly applied to Guillotine shears. which can shear all kinds of thickness of stainless steel plates, silicon steel sheets, galvanized sheets, cold-rolled and hot-rolled plates, copper plates etc. for the fact that the crosscut machine shears frequently, the quality of its blades does matter. 

Rubber bonded Stripper rings are mainly applied to slitter machine, gang slitter. The stripper rings mainly include polyurethane rubber rings and nitrile butadiene loose rubber rings, which the hardness is generally 75-85 Shore A. 

The material of the inner steel are s45c or suj2 (52100) ,the hardness can be 49-59 HRC.
