Premium Slitting Discs Blade for Precision Metal Slitting
Material Introduction
We custom-manufacture these blades in-house using high-quality materials, including Forged Alloy Tool Steel, Tungsten Carbide, High-Speed Steel, and SENDA Special Steels.
Senda has developed a new material, SD-31 and SD-36, enhanced through a specialized heat treatment process. This material offers superior abrasion resistance and excellent ductility, effectively addressing common issues such as frequent blade sharpening and edge breakage. These problems, typically caused by the high strength and thickness of slitting materials, are now significantly reduced.
