Production application

Our spacers are forged from premium materials such as 65Mn, GCr15, 9CrSi, and SUJ2 (ASTM52100), followed by heat treatment processes that yield a hardness range of HRC 49-59. This high hardness not only ensures durability but also guarantees that the spacer surface will remain free from defects due to collision, thus maintaining the precision required for flawless slitting operations.
