How to fix these loose ultra-high precision tools together to form a unified shearing system is an inescapable problem to ensure high quality slitting. The right hydraulic nut can reduce the operator’s work intensity and can lock all the slitting tools on the arbor stably.

Production Application

Senda provide A new type of hydraulic nut with pressure detection function includes: a nut body, a compression ring arranged at the bottom of the nut body, an annular channel arranged inside the nut body, and a pair of main bodies arranged symmetrically on both sides of the nut. In the hole, a first Y-shaped sealing ring is provided between the compression ring and the annular channel, and a first O-shaped sealing ring is provided at both ends of the compression ring that are in contact with the nut body.

1.When finish the installation of blades. Put the hydraulic nut on.not use T Wrench.

2.Put on the nut with threads, fasten it by hand

3.After fasten by hand, then fasten it by G wrench.if the spacer, blades and hydraulic nut are tightnesswithout any gap, it will make the noice like : clang, clang, clang...

4.After fasten by G wrench. use T wrench to adjust the press of the nut to fasten the blades set. normally 2-4 circles wil reach standard pressure. the press pointer will shows “'green’".
