SENDA Sales Team Successfully Visits Vietnam End Users to Deepen Cooperation

In late May 2025, the SENDA sales team completed a successful visit to several end-user customers in Vietnam, marking another important step forward in our international market expansion. The visit was focused on enhancing collaboration and providing on-site technical support to major steel processing factories that specialize in cutting pickled steel, galvanized coils, and stainless steel sheets.

During the visit, our team toured multiple client facilities and observed their slitting and shearing lines in operation. The machinery on site is responsible for high-precision cutting of steel coils into strips of various sizes for downstream manufacturing. SENDA’s technical experts examined the wear and performance of slitting blades, scrap choppers, and rotary shears used in the production of galvanized and stainless steel, offering insights and recommendations for optimal blade selection.

Customers shared their daily challenges in cutting tough materials such as 400 series stainless steel and high-strength galvanized coils. SENDA’s engineering team introduced advanced materials options, known for their excellent wear resistance and edge retention. Custom-made slitter knives and Spacers designed for precise tolerances were also discussed, aiming to improve cutting efficiency and minimize downtime.

One highlight of the trip was the demonstration of our knives in actual working conditions. As seen in the photos, SENDA slitting blades are in action on high-speed lines, producing clean, burr-free strips with minimal scrap. The feedback from operators was overwhelmingly positive, particularly on blade durability and sharpness consistency.

In addition to technical discussions, the SENDA team provided training on proper knife maintenance, safe blade replacement, and troubleshooting techniques. This knowledge-sharing session strengthened our customer relationships and reinforced our commitment to service beyond sales.
